Royal Lytham isn’t the only Championship Golf course in the vicinity; St Annes Old Links – the sand dunes and westerly winds make this an unpredictable course, Fairhaven – this idyllic countryside course is used as a qualifying course for The Open Championship, and the beautiful Lytham Green Drive, which is host to several top class golfing events.

Lytham Beer Festival takes place in September, annually. It’s a chance to sample real ales, ciders and bottled beers from all over the World.
Since 2009, The Lytham Proms Festival has been an annual weekend musical event featuring such performers as Katherine Jenkins, Status Quo, Alfie Boe, Belinda Carlisle, Boyzone and Olly Murs. Each year the event takes place on Lytham Green, infront of the famous Lytham Windmill.
